Tabi is a wonderful and weird variety, disease resistant, developed by the Colombia Coffee Federation. It offers amazing cup quality with delicate & buttery notes of vanilla pastry, plum, nuts, and herbal tea. Victor Barrera has planted 4,500 Tabi trees on 3.5 hectares in Palestina, Huila, where pickers prefer Tabi for its longer branches that make it easier to select ripe fruit.
