This sweet washed processed lot is a field blend (predominantly Pacas variety) by Isaias Fernandez on his farm in Las Flores community, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. Crisp field strawberry augmented by a welcome herbal flavour, reminiscent of fresh thyme.
