This coffee, referred to as Blue Honey, is produced by José Guillermo Toro in Nariño, Colombia. It features a unique lactic and honeyed flavor profile, achieved through careful processing. The coffee is grown at 2000 meters above sea level on Guillermo's farm, El Balsal, which spans six hectares.
