At the foot of the San Salvador volcano, the Hernández family grows coffee on the Santa Cristina farm with rich tradition and care. The fertile volcanic soil and altitude of 1150m create ideal conditions for growing Bourbon varieties complemented by Sarchimor, Pacas, and Caturra. The coffee is processed naturally, giving it a fuller body, sweetness, and distinct character. In the cup, you'll discover notes of orange, chocolate, and chestnuts that beautifully develop when prepared as espresso.
