This coffee comes from the West Arsi region, grown at an altitude of 2000-2100 m. Local conditions and farmer care give the beans the typical elegance and clarity Ethiopian coffees are known for. Processed at the Nensebo Refisa washing station using the fully washed method, it highlights bright, floral-fruity tones. In the cup, you'll find a delicate jasmine aroma beautifully paired with sweet, juicy notes of nectarine and pineapple. The finish has a light hint of candy, adding playfulness and pleasant sweetness. With a cupping score of 87.5 points, this coffee offers a balanced experience full of complexity and elegance.
