About
This year we selected an exceptional Ethiopian coffee with the spirit of Christmas. It comes from the Lalesa, Gedeb region, where coffee trees grow in the shade of Ensete trees. This environment, along with precise processing, gives the coffee its unique character. The cherries ripen during the dry season, and this lot was processed anaerobically, resulting in a full, sweet, and fruity coffee with festive flavors.
