About
From the Sidamo region, one of Ethiopia's most iconic coffee areas, this exceptional coffee comes from the Ayele Tulu washing station. Established in 2014, it is one of the highest processing stations in the country. The coffee is sourced from around 600 farmers who hand-pick ripe cherries, often transported by horses or donkeys. The anaerobic processing enhances its rich and complex flavor profile.
