The roaster prides itself on sourcing single‑origin coffees that score 85 or above on the cupping table, often favouring Ethiopian and other naturally processed lots. Small‑batch roasting allows them to highlight the unique flavours of each coffee while maintaining transparency and quality. The company operates a hidden urban‑jungle cafe within the Crate Building on St James Street in Walthamstow. This space serves as both roastery and community hub, where guests can enjoy rare and experimental coffees, learn about processing methods and buy equipment.
