This washed microlot from Luzgardo Meniz is grown on his organic farm Las Golondrinas in Colasay, Cajamarca. It features a jammy sweetness, medium body, and creamy mouthfeel with notes of milk chocolate, apricot, and plum. The coffee is carefully washed and dried in the sun.
