About Lamill Coffee
LAMILL began as a family-run bulk coffee business and evolved into a specialty roaster under the Lamill name in 1997. Craig Min (current owner/operator) grew up learning roasting in the family business and later shifted the company toward lighter, origin-driven roasting and retail expansion. (Source: Joyride article and public profiles.) The company expanded from wholesale and roastery operations to retail cafés—opening a Silver Lake retail cafe and later locations including Anaheim and a Lamill coffee bar inside LAX’s Tom Bradley International Terminal—while maintaining roasting facilities and headquarters in Alhambra, CA. Their public profiles position the brand as focused on craft, ritual, and steady, family-led operations. (Source: lamillcoffee.com, Joyride, Instagram.)
