About Kuriya Coffee Roasters
KURIYA COFFEE ROASTERS was founded by Masaharu and Ai Kuriya, both SCAJ‑certified. Their mission is to select superior specialty beans and honor the environment, history, and labor behind each coffee. They roast with a Diedrich machine, guided by technical advice from Mr. Stephan Diedrich, and continuously develop unique profiles through data analysis. The roaster is active in events, holds SCAJ memberships, and lives by the philosophy “Nothing but coffee cherry and LOVE,” avoiding additives and emphasizing natural terroir.
