This coffee features aromas of berries and green apples. It is processed by selecting only ripe red cherries, which are spread thinly on high African beds and sun-dried for 16-18 days. This method allows for better airflow and even drying, achieving a moisture content of 11.5-12%. The coffee comes from the Hartumi village in Gedeb, known for high-quality coffee production.
