This is the new crop from Baanmai, Thailand, produced by Ayo-san and Mika-san. This year marks our second year working with them. Their coffee offers a clean cup with bright, plum-like acidity and a gentle sweetness reminiscent of cashew nuts. We hope you’ll enjoy this remarkable lot, celebrating the bright future ahead for Thai coffee.
