A well balanced and complex cup with a very pleasing crisp and clean acidity. This is an exceptional example of Ugandan coffee from the farmers of Ibanda and the surrounding communities. Superb as espresso, classic fruit-bomb with a yoghurt-y tasting note and mouthfeel to match.
