Koppi
Koppi Roasters, founded in Helsingborg in 2007 by barista champions Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, evolved from a coffee bar with an in-store roaster to a specialty coffee roastery. They focus on long-term producer relationships, quality-focused sourcing and roasting, wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales.

About Koppi
Koppi was founded in 2007 by barista and brewers champions Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand. What started as a coffee bar with an in-store roaster in central Helsingborg grew into a dedicated roasting operation. In 2016 Koppi moved roasting to a new headquarters in an old industrial building and shifted to focus solely on roasting, working closely with skilled producers and a few selected importers. Their ambition is long-term partnerships that increase value at farm level and share producers’ work with wholesale partners and customers worldwide.
