This organically grown coffee comes from a community of farmers in Jaltenango, Chiapas. They united in 2011 to overcome the coffee rust disaster, investing in their farms and sharing experiences. The coffee is hand-harvested between January and April and processed manually. It is packed in colorful jute bags and shipped from Veracruz.
