About KOFFEE MAMEYA
Koffee Mameya was created by Tokyo coffee pioneer Eiichi Kunitomo, who first introduced specialty coffee with Omotesando Koffee and then refined the concept into a bean-focused shop. Launched in 2018, Koffee Mameya curates beans from roasters worldwide and offers personalised tasting sessions. The minimalist shop in Jingumae, Shibuya, serves as both bean shop and gallery, with baristas acting as coffee sommeliers guiding customers to the right beans and brewing method. The concept has evolved into Koffee Mameya Kakeru and other branches, emphasising kodawari—attention to detail—and offering seasonal selections, coffee cocktails and an omakase-style coffee experience.
