Klaro was inspired by the Spanish word ‘Claro’ – meaning clear and evident – and its mission is to make outstanding coffee simple and accessible. Founded by competition barista Maksym Volkovytskyi, this one‑man roastery focuses on simplicity, minimalism, education and openness. He shares brewing recipes, simplifies choices for customers and answers questions to demystify specialty coffee. Based in Warsaw, Klaro uses carbon‑neutral, recyclable packaging and runs workshops and classes to build the local coffee community. Maksym oversees everything from sourcing and roasting to packaging and shipping, offering worldwide delivery while striving to make high‑quality coffee approachable for everyone.
