The Dimtu Wate station in Guji, Ethiopia, sources coffee cherries from around 600 small producers. It produces high-quality coffee (G1) at an altitude of 2150m, using a Penagos eco-pulper to minimize water usage and ensure clean lots. The harvest occurs from December to early February, with a focus on social projects in the community.
