Kafiex Roasters began at local farmers markets and has grown into one of the Pacific Northwest’s most awarded specialty coffee roasters. Co‑founders Matthew and Seidy Selivanow lead a team committed to quality, sustainability and community, sourcing ethical, high‑scoring beans and roasting them with precision at their downtown Vancouver, WA roastery. Every coffee they serve must score 84 points or higher and they’re a Certified Clark County Green Business focused on ecological balance, fair labor and energy‑efficient roasting. Kafiex crafts Traditional, Modern and Reserve coffee categories and fosters community through events like the annual Cold Brew Festival at Esther Short Park, public tastings, workshops and barista training.
