This regional blend consists of Sarchimor, Caturra, SL-28, Catimor, Castillo and Colombia varieties. Grown at 1600-1800 masl, it features rigorous cherry selection and is dried on raised beds in a controlled greenhouse. This is the first Ecuadorian coffee featured, showcasing a top-tier blend with complex flavors from various microclimates.
