Jiribilla
Café con Jiribilla is a Mexican specialty coffee roaster led by Yarismeth Barrientos and Carlos De la Torre. They work directly with small producers, promote Mexican coffee at home and abroad, and have achieved national and international competition titles while sharing roasted coffee with their community.
About Jiribilla
Founded by Yarismeth Barrientos and Carlos De la Torre, Café con Jiribilla evolved into their main project in 2017 after more than a decade in specialty coffee. Their mission is threefold: to use their position as roasters in a producing country to foster direct trade with small farmers at fair prices; to champion Mexican coffee domestically and internationally, a pursuit that has earned them national championships and the L.A. Coffee Masters title; and to share happiness through roasted coffee as a family‑run project that values transparency and community, aiming to put a piece of Mexico into every cup.
