Finca Palmichal is high on the western side of the Central Andes mountain range, near Genova, Quindío. Atilano Giraldo, the producer, is a third-generation coffee grower. The farm has 53 hectares of coffee trees and produces coffee nearly all year long. The milling process is environmentally friendly, recycling water and using organic fertilizers.
