About Jaffa Coffee Roasters
Opened in 2024, Jaffa Coffee Roasters was established by the Gaith brothers to celebrate their Palestinian heritage through coffee. Named after the ancient port city of Jaffa, the business operates between the San Francisco and Los Angeles regions and roasts beans sourced from around the world. In their Berkeley cafe and bakery, the brothers embrace modern specialty coffee concepts while offering a welcoming space where guests can enjoy house‑roasted coffee, orange lattes, date cookies and other pastries inspired by their culture. Their mission is to create the most hospitable coffee experience and showcase Palestinian flavours within the U.S. coffee scene.
