An exciting coffee from the producer Metad in Chelchele, grown in the Yirgacheffe area at 2000 m.a.s.l. Flavor notes include herbs, spices, caramel, dark chocolate, orange, and pineapple. The beans are of type 74110 and 74112, processed using natural anaerobic methods and co-fermented with the herb 'Rue' or Ruta Chalepensis, a traditional Ethiopian herb. Harvested: October-January 2024/2025.
