This is yet another award-winning coffee from The Project El Placer Farms! Farmer Sebastian Ramirez has sent us three of the coolest coffees from Colombia. This coffee is also anaerobically fermented but has undergone a thermal shock treatment, which exposes the coffee cherries to extreme temperature fluctuations, locking flavors in a special way. The beans absorb much more flavor from the fruit and fermentation.
