For every new coffee we buy we have tight quality standards that must be met before they’re officially released. The roast might be slightly off target, or the green coffee did not meet our expectations upon arrival or after storage. Although not perfect, this coffee is way too good to go to waste, and we would rather sell it at a lower price than simply throw it away.
