The Kiangoi Coffee Factory is a cooperative of over 1,000 smallholder farmers in Kenya's Kirinyaga region. The coffee undergoes meticulous sorting, fermentation, and washing, then dried on raised beds. Known for its vibrant acidity and expressive profile, it achieves the Kenyan AA grade, recognized for high quality and uniform bean size.
