A natural process Catuaí microlot, handpicked and sundried by Marta Ribeiro Rodrigues on her farm in Minas Gerais. This coffee is grown at 1,380 meters and features a careful separation of the best of the Catuaí harvest, processed as a natural and dried on patios for 20 days.
