This coffee comes from the regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico cultivating varieties of typica, bourbon, mundo novo, and caturra which are grown at high altitudes. This coffee is fully washed resulting in a balanced, albeit dark profile for the dark roast lovers.
