About Impact Roasters
Impact Roasters was founded to bridge Denmark and Ethiopia through specialty coffee and impact trade. Since establishing the company in 2015 they have focused on redefining the coffee industry by strengthening human and social values, sourcing premium beans directly from small-scale Ethiopian farmers and working to ensure farmers are paid fairly. They emphasize impact trade and reinvestment in social projects such as education, job creation and community initiatives. Their Copenhagen roasteries and cafés function as community hubs where people learn about coffee origins and participate in cultural events and coffee ceremonies.
