Iconik Coffee Roasters

Iconik Coffee Roasters began in 2012 when siblings Natalie Slade and Darren Berry and their friend Todd Spitzer opened a small roastery and café in Santa Fe. Using a vintage 1927 Otto Swadlo roaster, they were among the first in Santa Fe to roast their own beans. Their mission is to showcase the inherent character of each coffee by buying directly from growers, ensuring that varietal, soil, altitude and harvesting methods are expressed in every cup. Iconik views its partners as family and supports communities at origin while roasting with enthusiastic detail. Today Iconik operates three cafés in Santa Fe — the original Lena Street location, ICONIK Lupe on South Guadalupe Street and ICONIK Red on Cerrillos Road — offering breakfast, lunch and pastries alongside their coffees. The company invites guests to join the #ICONIKFamily and emphasizes hospitality, education and the love of coffee. With a passionate team and an ethos of direct trade, Iconik continues to grow while staying rooted in Santa Fe’s community.
