La Fortuna is a 4-hectare coffee farm in Pomahuaca, Peru, managed by Mariano Alcarazo Paredes. This coffee is harvested from Marshel varietal trees, known for their high quality. The cherries are selectively harvested and processed to develop sweetness and complexity, resulting in a distinctive cup profile.

Horsham Coffee Roaster is a specialty roastery founded in 2012 by Bradley and Amelia Steenkamp in Sussex, UK. Starting from a market stall in Horsham, they now roast ethically sourced, direct trade coffees and run a roastery café and Bond Street Coffee in Brighton.
