This lot comes from the Suke Quto farm, founded by Tesfaye Bekele, a visionary conservationist and coffee farmer. The farm spans 221 hectares, and Tesfaye also works with local farmers, practicing sustainable agriculture. The cherries are depulped, fermented, and dried on raised beds, ensuring clean, vibrant flavors.
About HisBrew Roastery
HisBrew Roastery, based in Kota Kemuning, Malaysia, was founded by brothers Josh and John during the 2020 COVID lockdown. Starting in a car porch, they now operate a shoplot coffee bar and retail corner, emphasizing small‑batch roasting and a "no fluff, just coffee" philosophy.
