This is our second release in our HB Signature Series! El Mirador is a 31-hectare coffee farm in El Portal, Huila, Colombia, owned by Elkin Guzmán. The cherries are fermented with a specially prepared mother culture for 190 hours to enhance fruit notes while preserving the coffee's base flavor.
