Our Brazil Salmo is a natural washed coffee produced from 12 individual farms in the Cerrado region of Brazil. The cherries are dried under the sun for 2-7 days and then rested in wood boxes for even drying over 30 days. This region's well-defined seasons ensure consistency in crop production.
