Santa Maria is a naturally processed coffee that overflows with sweetness. In the cup, expect vibrant stone fruit notes, a touch of lemon curd and a silky caramel finish. Third-generation coffee producer Victor Robelo runs the farm. After conflict forced his family to leave their land, Victor was able to reclaim his father’s farm in the 1990s. Since 2017, he has expanded it from 17 to 35 hectares.
