H&S Coffee Roasters

H&S Coffee Roasters operates at 7,200 ft in Laramie, Wyoming, roasting smooth, sweet and accessible blends alongside intriguing single origins. They focus not only on cup quality but also on ensuring that every worker involved in the coffee's journey enjoys fair conditions. Founded in 2014 and owned and operated by Coulter Sunderman since 2023, the company draws on his 15+ years of manual roasting experience in the specialty coffee industry. Their single origin offerings are roasted very light to medium to highlight exotic flavours, acidity, sweetness and floral complexity, while blends are crafted with medium to darker roast profiles for balance, richness and syrupy sweetness. H&S roasts four to five days each week, processes orders on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and ships on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from their Wyoming roastery.
