The Nova Coffee company, founded by Agnes Mukamushinja and Felix Hitayezu in 2015, operates the Gicumbi washing station in northern Rwanda. They support 2880 smallholder coffee farmers, including 382 female farmers, producing 153 tonnes of specialty-grade Red Bourbon coffee.
