This coffee is grown and harvested in small-holder farmers’ backyards in the Yirgacheffe region. Cherries are taken to the washing station where small-holder lots are combined and hand sorted. The flavors of the cherry infuse into the green bean, creating incredibly delicious tasting coffees.
