A perennial favorite amongst our staff. This crisp washed coffee from Ecuador showcases all that Ecuadorian coffee offers, apple, cinnamon, sweetness & lively acidity. Alberto’s oldest son, Luis Diego, is actually the one in charge of the farm, mostly with post-harvest processing and is extremely motivated to experiment and find ways to produce higher quality coffees. This is our fifth year purchasing from Finca Las Afiladeras.

Gotham Coffee Roasters is a New York specialty coffee company founded by industry veteran Chris Calkins. Roasted in Brooklyn and brewed at their Flatiron café, they meticulously source and roast seasonal blends and micro‑lot coffees, drawing on decades of experience and close producer relationships.
