Garage Coffee Bros is a family-run specialty coffee micro-roastery founded in 2018 by brothers Davide and Andrea Cobelli in Verona, Italy. Near the city’s train station, they roast small-batch coffees and run a training academy; Davide is the 2020 Italian Roasting Champion.

About Garage Coffee Bros
Garage Coffee Bros began in the Cobelli brothers’ family kitchen in Verona. With a heritage of home espresso inspired by their father, Davide and Andrea built a micro-roastery that values transparency and respect for the coffee supply chain. Founded in 2018, the roastery and training centre operates near Verona’s train station. Davide Cobelli, a veteran educator and 2020 Italian Coffee Roasting Champion, oversees roasting and education while Andrea applies his expertise in technology and process to drive innovation. They aim to make quality specialty coffee accessible and to be a reference point for Italy’s specialty scene.
