About
This coffee comes from small farms in the Huila region of Colombia, the largest coffee-producing area in the country. The mountainous terrain provides fertile volcanic soils and high altitudes with significant temperature changes between day and night, resulting in very intense, sweet, and complex cups. Huila is recognized worldwide for its coffee quality.
About Foundation
Foundation Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2015 in Odesa, Ukraine, now based in Barcelona, Spain. They roast high quality Arabica beans and continuously improve through their High Five project.
