This Anaerobic Red Honey lot was hand selected from their Caturra and Typica harvest specifically for honey processing in order to offer a balanced cup between the intensity of natural and the smooth cleanliness of fully washed. With the lighter touch of the 'Anaerobic' method this coffee produces a super clean yet full bodied and creamy brew. There is also a boost of juicy tropical fruit sweetness.
