Forecast Coffee Company is the sustainability‑focused brand created by Bellingham‑based Tony’s Coffee. It was launched in late 2022 as the next step in Tony’s journey of Fair Trade Certified organic coffee and commitment to carbon neutrality. Forecast champions the idea that trees are the answer to climate change and partners with farms that practice agroforestry, growing coffee alongside native trees and shrubs. The brand’s agroforestry partners help sequester carbon, maintain biodiversity and protect habitats while producing excellent coffee. Forecast’s roastery is carbon neutral, uses clean roasting technology that consumes 80% less energy than traditional roasters, and packages coffee in plant‑based materials. Five percent of profits are donated to reforestation efforts, and more than 20,000 trees have been planted so far.
