Founded in 2015, FELT began as a roasting factory before opening a showroom in Mapo-gu to showcase its philosophy of making good coffee with good ingredients. The brand was created by Younghyun Kim and Daewoong Song, who travel to coffee-growing regions to select specialty-grade green beans and trade directly with farmers. FELT now runs three shops in Seoul—one showroom and two cafés—and a roasting facility that doubles as a training center. Their minimalist spaces emphasize espresso and hand-drip brews using carefully sourced beans, and they curate every step from farm to barista to deliver an exceptional cup.
