More than 90% of the team here are women. Every cherry goes through careful sorting, fermentation, and drying on African beds to highlight its clarity and complexity.

Father's Coffee Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roastery founded in 2018 in Ostrava, Czechia. Born as a small family venture—father roasting, mother tasting, children watching—it focuses on small-batch, carefully roasted specialty coffee with a hands-on, artisanal approach.
