About
Zebigi is not just another specialty coffee. It is part of a larger story that we have invested in. Last year, we had the opportunity to be in Uganda, see the farmers who grow the coffee, and walk through the entire process from harvest to drying. We realized we wanted to do more. Together with The Coffee Gardens, we co-financed the opening of a QC Lab in Uganda to help farmers evaluate their harvests and improve practices.

Father's Coffee Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roastery founded in 2018 in Ostrava, Czechia. Born as a small family venture—father roasting, mother tasting, children watching—it focuses on small-batch, carefully roasted specialty coffee with a hands-on, artisanal approach.
