This coffee comes from the Agaro region in Western Ethiopia, where Mustefa Abakeno cultivates and processes coffee at his own and shared stations. It combines a traditional approach with a modern eye for detail.

Father's Coffee Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roastery founded in 2018 in Ostrava, Czechia. Born as a small family venture—father roasting, mother tasting, children watching—it focuses on small-batch, carefully roasted specialty coffee with a hands-on, artisanal approach.
