This washed coffee was produced by Tamrat Alemayehu washing station and surrounding farmers from Kochere town, in Yirgacheffe Ethiopia. Tastes like: Peach, Honeysuckle, Jasmine. YirgZ is back on the menu and tasting great. This coffee is named after the intense sorting process, going well beyond the standards of GR1 Ethiopian coffee quality.
